Randy's deep experience, steady leadership, and passion for the auction industry laid the foundation for what Ulmer Auction has become today. His values continue to guide the company's culture and reputation nearly five decades later.
Brent Ulmer

Brent Ulmer learned the auction business firsthand from his father, Randy Ulmer, growing up immersed in the industry. He is a graduate of the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and the Advanced Auctioneer Academy in Phoenix, Arizona.
As Owner and President, Brent oversees all aspects of Ulmer Auction Service, including strategic planning, operations, financial management, marketing, and business development. As a lead auctioneer, he conducts auctions by engaging bidders, facilitating competitive bidding, and ensuring each sale is executed efficiently, legally, and professionally.
Brent is also deeply involved in maintaining client relationships, developing innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with all industry regulations. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Ulmer Auction into a modern, multi-platform auction company with a national and international reach.
